Instead of subtracting food from your diet, why not try adding instead? Well, healthy food that is. Opt for healthy munchies like juicy grapes, snow peas, or deep red cherries. Add them to your lunch or mix other fruits and nuts together in your oats or cereal, or add more vegetables into your sauces, stew, or soup.

Although adding healthy options can help you lose weight, make sure that you still watch your calorie intake as eating too much can still put you on the higher side of the weighing scale.
