Abdominal discomfort is common problem which can affect any person and there are many home remedies for treatments. One home remedy is the water from rice after cooking. You can add more water than normal when you are cooking rice. When the rice is soft then remove from stove and cover the pan. Then remove the water and drink it. This water of rice will help in covering of membranes of stomach and give a protective layer which will heal the problems and abdominal discomfort will be eliminated. If you want to get some flavor then you can add some honey in rice water. Make sure that you are drinking the rice water while it is warm.
