Aches are problems of muscles due to tension and cause pain. Pressure is helpful for release of tension in muscles. You can apply pressure with the help of your finger. Just place your finger on the place where aches are and press for almost 5 minutes. Pressure will activate the inner process and muscles will be relaxed in few minutes.

Just keep yourself hydrated. You have to drink more water...
When you are lacking water so are the muscles . Your entire body is mainly water . You have to regularly refill it because you lose some water during the day . The ache might be your body's route of asking for thirst.
