Green tea bags are helpful. You can prepare green tea bags by putting them in boiling or warm water. Place these tea bags on your eyes for about 15 minutes. A bag of ice could also be helpful. Just put some ice in bag and place on your head. Close your eyes and relax for almost 15 minutes.

Try to use an ice bag, just put some ice cubes in a bag, wrap in a dish cloth. It will cool your eyes down.
