Anxiety is a mental problem and it could be eliminated with the help of home remedies. Yoga could be used at home. You can do breathing exercises. In such exercise you must use a comfortable place for sitting and close your eyes. Then take long and deep breaths through your nose and hold them. Then release the breath through your nose and repeat the process till relaxation. You must focus on your breathing and stop thinking on any other thing during this process. If you cannot focus on breathing then choose a pleasant incident of your life and start to think on it while taking deep breaths.
