Ginger, besides relieving sore throat, is an effective remedy for loss of appetite. It helps in quick relief from indigestion, as well as stimulate the appetite and alleviate stomach pains which may cause your loss of appetite. All you have to do is finely chop the ginger, add rock salt, and take at least 30 minutes before every meal for ten days. It can also be ingested as tea, by chopping a small piece of dried ginger, and adding it to boiling water. To make it more palatable, you can add sugar and milk, and drink the tea three times a day.
