Bed wetting is a common problem in children but luckily, there are home remedies you can try to help control your child’s bladder when he’s sleeping. Although there are no medical references to prove it, chewing on cinnamon bark once a day is believed to be an effective remedy for bed wetting. If bark is not available, you can sprinkle a bit of cinnamon powder and sugar on buttered toast which you can be served on breakfasts.
Cranberry juice contains properties beneficial for the urinary tract, bladder, and the kidneys. This makes it highly recommendable for children who are suffering from bedwetting problems. It can be given daily at least an hour before bedtime.
