Burning feet is often caused by compromised circulation of blood to the feet. One of the remedies that can help get rid of it is through regular exercise to increase circulation of the blood in the whole body. This includes running, jogging, and swimming. Walking around the room for three to five minutes may also help relieve the symptoms of burning feet.
Discomfort associated with burning feet can also be soothed by massaging the area. This can be done together with the application of ginger extract or ayurdevic oil. If these aren’t available, warm olive oil can also be used for massaging the feet.
