Grate coriander seeds to powder form and add two teaspoons of the powder to a small cup of water. Boil the mixture and strain it for some time. Drink the strained mixture twice a day. When some milk and sugar is added to this mixture, it can replace your regular tea. Onions are highly effective in lowering the level of bad cholesterol present in the body. Mix small quantity of honey with one teaspoon of onion juice and drink daily for better results. Include more amounts of ginger, garlic and onion in your regular diet.
