Pepper and ginger

Take some small amount of cayenne pepper and ginger and mix it with water and drink the mixture for once a day. You can also crush small quantity of grated ginger in green tea and drink twice a day. Mix geranium essential oil and mix it with coconut oil. Massage your body with the mixture for immediate results. Always drink non fluoridated water and reduce the amount of tap water being used for cooking and bathing for a couple of weeks. A mixture of cayenne pepper along with one tablespoon of blackstrap molasses can be taken twice daily.
