Take half cup of water and boil the water. Add one teaspoon of turmeric powder, black pepper, cinnamon and one tablespoon of honey. Boil the mixture for 3 minutes and drink this mixture every day for better results. You can also take some small pieces of ginger and crush them to form ginger paste. Put the ginger powder in a cup of water and boil the mixture. Drink this three times a day for relief from sore throat and cough. Another remedy is to mix one tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoon of lemon juice and heat the mixture for 2 minutes. Drink this remedial soup several times every day.
