Depression tends to strip away your time by making you sit idle for most part of the day. To overcome this, formulate a daily schedule to get back on track. You will feel like not accomplishing anything over the days. To overcome this feeling, try to set smaller goals to be completed every day. And try to complete those goals within the deadline. As days pass by, try to set some bigger goals and see how it goes. Eat foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids and folic acid. These foods tend to ease depression and relax your mind. Follow a proper sleep routine such that you sleep for at least 8 hours every night.
