Take some small amount of powdered oatmeal and mix it with lukewarm water. Bath using this water for at least one month for better relief. Heat some small quantity of coconut oil and apply the oil in the affected area. Continue this for a few days and also apply pure virgin coconut oil before going to bed every day. You can also apply pure aloe Vera gel in the affected area for a few months. This relieves the pain and redness caused due to Dermatitis. Also, eat foods that are rich in Vitamin E. Some of the foods that you can intake more often are peanut, butter, sunflower seeds and corn.
