Soak your hands in warm water for a few minutes and wash your hands with gentle soap. Slowly wipe the wet off the hands by using a sponge to remove dead cells. Dry your hands with a towel and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then, apply the moisturizer on your hands and leave it for 15 minutes. Follow this with rubbing petroleum jelly on the hands and cover your hands with cotton gloves. It is preferable to perform these steps before going to bed. Wash your hands with warm water in the morning. Continue this until you get normal skin.
