Nuts are rich in fatty acids and essential nutrients. Eat more amounts of nuts every day. Eat canned tuna or salmon fillet as they are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. This reduces the possibility of dry vagina. Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day to keep your vagina wet. Eating fruits and vegetables is also important. Mix a cup of yogurt with cherries and melon for a tasty and healthy diet. Eat one apple every day as it contains natural water and many vitamins and nutrients. Include all these food items in daily diet to get rid of vaginal dryness.
