Sinus problems

One of the major contributors for sinus pressure is membranes that get dry because of the hot temperature. This causes ineffective clearing of mucous in the airways, which can lead to sinus problems and ear pressure. If it’s cold outside and you’re staying inside, it’s more advisable to wear a sweater instead of cranking your heater up just so you would feel more comfortable with only your T-shirt on.
You can also humidify the indoor air to deal with your sinus problems. However, keep in mind to keep it balanced because too much humidity can also encourage the growth of molds and dust mites, which can trigger sinus problems.
