Eating one or two bananas whenever you feel out of energy will bring back the necessary stamina in the body. You can also mix banana with honey and eat twice everyday for a strong body. Take some almonds and soak them in water every night. The next day, remove the almonds and drink the water followed by eating the almonds. You can also roast the almonds and eat them whenever you feel tired. Drinking a hot cup of milk will get rid of your weakness and give you instant energy. You can also add clarified butter to milk and drink it twice daily for curing weakness.
