Meditation has proved to be one of the best home remedies for false labor pain. It does not work out when you do meditation only once during the pain. It is important for you to continuously practice meditation even when you do not have pain. Thereby, when you have pain, doing meditation moves your concentration away from your paining body and brings you some relief. You can also take some warm clothes and place the cloths on the aching belly. This reduces the pain and gives soothing relief. Also, try to get some good sleep for better relief from pain.
