Eat more amounts of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Potassium rich foods are more important for getting instant relief from fatigue. Take 3 drops of orange oil, 2 drops of coriander oil, one drop of clary sage oil and one teaspoon of jojoba oil and mix them thoroughly. Sniff this mixture for getting instant energy. Another method to get instant energy is to get some energy bath. Take one cup of sea salt and mix it with one cup of baking soda. Pour the mixture in a small container full of water. Add some lavender oil, rosemary oil and peppermint oil to the mixture and stir well. Pour the mixture in to the bath tub and soak for 15 minutes followed by a cool shower.
