Walking is one of the great exercises to relieve from feet asleep. Movement helps in easing the symptoms and provides more relief. You can also apply heat pressure by massaging the legs with heating pads. Take bath in warm water twice a day. Drink Chamomile tea as it helps in getting better sleep.
Even when you do not get heating pads for massage, gently massage your legs without any pads. This way, you make blood flow all over the legs. Give more challenge to your brain by trying crossword puzzles or Sudoku. Since you become mentally busy, you will forget the leg cramps and stop worrying about it.
