If you're suffering from numb feet or it has fallen asleep, you can relax the nerves and muscles, and relieve the sensation by applying heat compress. If you don't have a warm pad available, you can make your own hot compress by filling a water bottle with hot water. While applying hot compress, gently massage the numb area for around 5 minutes.

If numbness persists and happens often, it's advisable to seek the help of your doctor to see what you can do to deal with the pain. One effective step is to increase potassium and vitamin B12 intake. There are supplements available, or you can include in your diet food sources rich in B12 and potassium.
