Fill a medium-sized bowl with warm water so that the water covers you ankles. Be aware that there is no detergent residue or other chemicals in a bowl. Add in warm (not hot) water 1-2 teaspoons of rosemary. It is extremely good for improving circulation in the legs.
In a bowl put the lemon and pour hot water. Cut it in a half and into slices. Then squeeze out the juice. This bath improves mood, helps with colds, sinus infections and speeds recovery.
Grind the root and leaves of parsley and mix. Cook five tablespoon of this mixture for 5 minutes in 0.5 liter of water. Let stand for another 20 minutes, then strain and drink 3 times a day for a cup of tea. Parsley tea eliminates stagnation of urine, and thus solves the problem of swollen legs.
