Take twenty drops of tincture of Uva ursi in the morning and twenty drops of tincture of Cipressus in the evening. You may take two drops of cypress essential oil three times a day by placing them on a teaspoon of honey or a little bread crumbs. Exercises for adults: Lay down on a hard surface, place a pillow under your pelvis and contract your pelvic muscles for 5 seconds. Repeat the exercise 20 times. Lay on your back on a hard surface, exhaling your hips off the ground keeping your buttocks. Get off and relax, repeat the exercise seven times. Seated, contract your pelvic muscles for at least 10 seconds to 10 times. If well executed, these exercises attenuate incontinence, after 6 weeks of daily practice.
