Irritated eyes are the result of stress, lack of sleep, allergies, and infections. Working on a computer and paperwork for a long time is resulting in eye strain. Make yourself comfortable. Cover your eyes by hands; do not press on the eyeball. Try to relax and watch the darkness 30 seconds and try to breathe quietly and deeply. While sitting look upward and hold it for 5 seconds then return to starting position. Repeat the exercise and return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise five times.
