Before, during and after the flight, drink more water than usual. Do not smoke; drink alcohol nor drugs (except, of course, if you are a chronic patient while your medicines are necessary). It would be good to skip coffee. Instead of reading, chatting, watching videos or tampering of electronic gadgets, sleep during the flight as possible. Occasionally during the flight practice not only walking but also quality stretching in a sitting and standing position. As you sit, move your legs as if pedaling a bike, and avoid sitting cross-legged. On the plane, wear dark eye mask, and generally stay in the dark and silent space.
