Garlic has high remedial values and helps in treating Lumbago. Eat at least 3 cloves of garlic every day for a period of two weeks to get rid of pain. Garlic can also be fried in mustard oil and the mixture can be applied in the paining area.
Eat foods rich in Vitamin C as it absorbs more calcium that is essential for stronger bones and muscles. Some of the foods rich in Vitamin C are oranges, green leafy veggies, tomatoes and berries.
Drinking lemon juice by mixing it with salt and water has positive effects. 2 cloves of garlic can be added to a mixture of lemon juice and salt and the mixture can be applied to the painful area for instant relief.
