12 hours of sleep everyday is the best remedy for Lupus, but it’s not possible for such a long sleep. Hence, sleep for at least 9 hours every day. Exercise regularly and keep yourself fresh. Drink more water and never perform tiring activities for a longer time.
Take regular breaks from work and hydrate yourself with water of juice. Swim once a week; eat healthy vegetables, raw fruits and intake balanced diet.
Quit smoking as it increases the risk of heart diseases.
Wear protective clothing when going out in the sun. Also use sunscreens whenever going out in the day time. Take proper rest by working smarter rather than working harder.
