Almonds play an important role in improving the memory. Soak not more than 10 almonds in water overnight. Next day, take the almonds from water and peel off its skin. Grind the almonds to powder and mix the powder with one glass of milk. Add sugar or honey for sweet taste and drink the mixture for a minimum of 40 days. This improves the memory power and helps in developing higher immunity. Apart from almonds, fish oil, rosemary and black seed also has positive effects on improving memory power. Drink carrot juice daily as the carotene content present in carrot is good in activating memory cells.
