Migraines are identified as pain in different parts of head.In case of migraines it is important to make sure that the body is not suffering with shortage of water. You must drink a glass or two of fresh water if you feel migraines. Another remedy is to massage the neck from the backside. This will give relaxation of muscles and tension is gone. Closing the eyes and taking deep breaths is also helpful.
