If neck pain happens regularly and is already starting to cause discomfort, you can help ease the pain by exercising the neck muscles slowly. Do this by rotating the neck, slowly and carefully, in a circular motion. This can help by stretching and relaxing the agitated muscles.
Taking a hot shower can also do tricks when dealing with neck pain. Let the hot water run over your neck for five minutes. If you prefer soaking in the tub, add a cup of bath salts in your tub of warm water. Epsom salts can help relieve the tension of the muscles, improve blood circulation, and even reduce stress.
