A third of a cup of baking soda and ginger can be added to a tub of warm water. Soak in the tub for fifteen minutes to help relieve anxiety or nervousness. Almonds can do the job for relieving anxiety as well. Get ten raw almonds and soak in water overnight. This will soften the nuts so you can easily peel the skin off. Blend with a cup of warm milk, a pinch of nutmeg and ginger, to make a drink which you can take before going to bed. You can also drink orange juice with a pinch of nutmeg and a teaspoon of honey to relieve tension and anxiety.
