If you want to get a regular menstrual cycle as well as relieve any pains during your period, ground half a teaspoon of ginger and boil for five minutes. Just add a bit of sugar to taste, and drink after every meal. This can be done for two to three months to help regulate your menstrual cycle.
Cinnamon is also effective in regulating the menstrual period. You can simply sprinkle cinnamon powder on your food, or add one half teaspoon of it to a glass of warm milk. You can drink this everyday for several weeks, to see the improvement on your menstrual cycle.
