To control PMS or premenstrual syndrome, you should maintain a good diet, which consists of fresh vegetables and fruits, raw seeds, nuts, poultry, fish, and whole grains. Basically, everything healthy that should be regularly included in your daily diet. You should also avoid sugar, as much as possible, as it may intensify feelings like anxiety and irritability. If the cravings are strong and you can’t resist to grab a bite from a bar of chocolate, well go easy and try eating in small amounts, one at a time. You can also go for fresh fruits or juice, a much healthier option.
