If you’re experiencing symptoms such as nausea and heart burn, a cup of hot ginger tea can do the trick. Just grate ginger and boil in a pot of water. You can also add sugar and honey for taste. If you don’t have time to make boil tea, you can add two to three drops of ginger juice into a teaspoon of honey. You can take it several times per day to relieve pain and reduce inflammation.
