Nausea is one of the most common symptoms in pregnancy. It can be uncomfortable at times, and it’s a good thing there are home remedies that you can do to relieve you of the discomfort and provide relief from a queasy stomach. Herbal teas are great in helping with nausea. A cup of ginger tea, which is also known to counter motion sickness, can beat morning sickness. Just boil a teaspoon of grated ginger for at least fifteen minutes, strain, and pout in a cup to drink. If you don’t like it plain, you can just add a bit of honey or sugar to taste.
