To lower down the body temperature due to scarlet fever, put a small amount of apple cider vinegar on a small towel or cotton cloth, and massage on your body twice a day. You can also add a few drops of it in your bath water, and soak or take a bath with it at least three times a day.
Honey can also relieve the symptoms associated with scarlet fever. All you need to do is take two teaspoons of honey every day, or mix it with a glass of hot water, which you can drink at least thrice a day.
