Do not travel on empty stomach. Eat a good breakfast, like cereals with milk. Avoid fatty foods and drinks like coffee or orange juice. On the other hand, chewing slices of lemon or drinking lemonade can help you. Get plenty of water or some mild drinks like juice of apricots. You may take some healthy snacks and do not overeat. Fix the view of a stable object in the distance, like island. Avoid looking at the objects that are moving. Look straight ahead, not on the side. It is important not to enter inside the cabin because you lose all stable visual objects and thus confuse the brain. If you are inside the cabin, close your eyes.
