Hot Pack - Lying down with a warm hot pack or hot bottle of water on your stomach helps loosen and relax the muscles. Keep there for 15 minutes or until pain goes away, re heat if it goes cold.

Peppermint - You can chew on fresh peppermint leaves or make a fresh cup of peppermint tea to ease the stomach pains.

Ginger - Whether it’s eating it, making it into a tea or simply drinking ginger ale, ginger works wonder for stomach pains.
