Work, bills, school, even thinking about stress can cause you more stress. Stop! Chill. Take a moment to breathe and read these tips for relieving stress:

Breathe- As silly and cliché as it sounds, breathing actually works. Take a couple of deep breathes, hold them in and then let them out.

Eat- People stressing out usually skip a meal or two and they’re too anxious to even realize that they’re hungry. Sit down and have something satisfying and filling. You’ll feel better and think better on a full stomach. Don’t skip breakfast either; it’s the meal that sets the tone for your day.

Exercise- People do not work out because they feel like they don’t have enough time to because they’re too busy. It’s because they’re busy that they’re so stressed. Take some time out of your day to work out. Even if it’s just a 20 minute walk or jog, you’ll feel better by the end of it and ready to take on the world.
