Apply salt directly on the sore spot
Bob 2014-10-30
If you see a sore on the gums or tooth, you can apply salt directly on the sore spot. To start, apply salt to cover fully the sore spot. You will begin to secrete saliva, but be careful not to sprinkle salt. From time to time spit out the saliva, keeping the salt in your mouth as dry as possible. You will immediately notice how the salt works, likely little to alleviate the pain. Once the salt is absorbed, pain should disappear completely.
You may also rub oil of anise in the gums. Anis has antiseptic and analgesic properties which operate as the painkillers.

Toothaches could be eliminated with the help of cloves at home. You must grind cloves. Two cloves would be enough for this process. Then mix this powder with any vegetable oil of your choice. Then use it on the affected areas of your teeth. You can rub clove oil on affected tooth with the help of cotton for instant relief.

Use pain killers like Ibuprofen.
Another thing is crushed garlic paste. Just put some of it and the pain should slowly go away.
