Wash the bladder

It is necessary to frequently wash the bladder, for example, with tea of dandelion, nettle, birch ... as well as to abstain from sexual intercourse for a week after the symptoms have disappeared. Cranberry juice and blueberries prevents the adherence of bacteria along the wall of the bladder.
