Almost all vaginal problems arise due to disturbances of vaginal flora. All micro-organisms who are natural part of vaginal flora live in accordance with each other and maintain the health, with slightly acidic pH-value of between 4 and 4.5, and protect against pathogenic bacteria or fungi. Tea of rosemary can be used it for vaginal health. Pour 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary in 1 cup of boiling water, leave for 10 minutes covered, and then strain. Drink 1-4 cups a day for vaginal health. Narrow-leaved tea-tree oil (Melaleuca alternifolia ) has strong antifungal properties. A few drops of tea tree oil put on a tampon, and put it into the vagina. Allow two to three hours to work. Repeat twice daily.
