Avoid milk and dairy products, as they can trigger nausea and vomiting. Ginger and honey are effective natural remedies for relieving vomiting. While the body does not return to the old, you better exclude from your diet all foods of animal origin, such as meat, eggs and their products. Recommended diet is with boiled potatoes, carrots, rice, and biscuits or a toast. Also it is good to eat all products made from whole-wheat flour, and fruit like bananas.
