Eat one to two bananas

One of the easiest home remedies for dealing with weakness and providing you with energy boost is by making sure you eat one to two bananas every time you’re feeling weak. If you don’t like to eat the fruit as is, banana smoothie and shake will also do. Don’t forget to also include one banana with a tablespoon of honey in your daily diet, as it can also provide the energy you need for daily activities.
Whenever you’re feeling lethargic, mix in a teaspoon of honey with a cup of warm milk and drink it. If you’re feeling weak because of anemia, add a teaspoon of butter in your milk and drink two times a day to cure weakness.
