In the morning eat 15-20 seeds of gourds. After that you may drink one teaspoon of the castor oil. Don’t eat anything a couple of hours. The next morning eat 3-4 cloves of garlic cooked with milk or cream. Every morning on an empty stomach, eat one teaspoon of raw rice that you kept in water for three days. Chew for longer time and swallow. Do this for ten days, and after one month repeat again. Cut onion and put into a glass with hot boiled water. Next morning, drain the onion and drink water. Do this for four days.
