When suffering from motion sickness, one of the first things that you should do is to watch what you eat, especially if you’re getting ready to travel. As much as possible, avoid consuming excessive food and liquid, especially alcohol, which may not agree with your stomach and make you feel full.
If you have the option to choose your seat, choose the place where you least feel any motion sickness. If you’re traveling via air, the middle portion of the airplane is the calmest area. Via ship on the otherhand, cabins located on the lower level and near the ship’s center experience relatively lesse motion compared to other parts of the ship.
